मिस् नेपाल प्रतियोगीता अब चाडै हुने
गतवर्ष असोज ११ गतेका लागि तोकिएको सुन्दरी प्रतियोगिता ‘मिस नेपाल २००८’ तत्कालीन नेकपा माओवादीको भगिनी संस्था अखिल नेपाल महिला सङ्घ -क्रान्तिकारी), केही नागरिक समाजका अगुवा एवम् अन्य सामाजिक सङ्घसंस्थाको चर्को विरोधका कारणले स्थगित भएको थियो । तर त्यस्तै प्रकृतिका सुन्दरी प्रतियोगिता मिस नेवाः, मिस तामाङ, मिस टिन एवम् मिस मङ्गोल भने कुनै विरोधबिना एकपछि अर्को गर्दै सफलपूर्वक आयोजना भए । ‘मिस नेपाल’ मात्र असफल हुनुमा विरोधी सङ्घसंस्था पूर्वाग्रही मानसिकता भएको आरोप लगाउनुहुन्छ । ‘मिस नेपाल-२००८’ का आयोजक संस्था ‘हिडन ट्रेजर’का व्यवस्थापन म्यानेजर गिरेन्द्रमान राजवंशी । ‘मिस नेपालको मात्र विरोध भएको छ । त्यो विरोधका लागि मात्र गरिएको विरोध हो, जुन हामीप्रति पूर्वाग्रही छ’ उहाँले भन्नुभयो । |
